While in Taipei, we were able to meet up with Keelung City Councilor Jiho Chang who’s been a guest in episodes 149, 156 & 174. We spoke about the recent announcement that Daniel Han Kuo-yu of the Kuomintang had become the new speaker of the Legislative Yuan and Bi-khim Hsiao’s role as vice president of Taiwan.
